Ellis James

Ellis James is the bassist in the upcoming UK Alt-Metal band MALLAVORA, a group becoming recognised for their dynamic sound, compelling lyrics and powerful live performances. The band are well known for their powerful messaging, exploring themes of neurodiversity, chronic illness, and the importance of accessibility in the music industry.

To reflect this sound live, Ellis opts for heavy, distorted bass tones using a Manson JPJ Signature through a custom pedalboard. He also owns an MA-2 EVO S with a Sustainiac that he uses for practice, and a bit of fun.
