You can order directly from our website. Simply browse our website and order the products you require by adding them to your online shopping basket. We ship to most countries internationally and have been exporting instruments for over 30 years. Your product is securely packed and shipped using reliable couriers with insurance cover included in the shipping price for the value of the goods.
Order from a dealer. We work closely with our partner dealers who can sell to you directly from their store. Our dealers may offer many services that we cannot, including finance options, trade-ins and part exchanges as well as being a local contact point for all your Manson requirements.
How to pay. We accept most credit cards at our Secure Trading checkout when you have finalised your order and checked out. Shipping is shown separately and added to your total. Alternatively you can request payment by bank transfer directly into our account. Bank transfer is often used for custom orders and the payment of deposits for limited edition instruments.
Guarantee/service. Our guarantee is valid to the original purchaser for one year from date of purchase. For purchases from a dealer your first point of contact will be with the dealer. For direct orders, Manson Guitar Works will be your point of contact including countries outside of the UK. In the event of a problem we can offer mail and telephone advice or, if required arrange return of the product.
Pricing/Export sales. All our web prices are shown as including VAT at the current rate of 20%. For sales out of the EU such as the USA, Australia and some non EU regions in Europe, pricing will be shown at check out less UK taxes (normally VAT). This makes a saving for the customer at checkout although when the guitar is imported into the destination country, the guitar will normally be subject to import duties and or taxes. These taxes and duties vary enormously between countries.
