Manson Works #006 is the follow on creation from Works #005 now in the ownership of Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. Another single master build by Hugh Manson, Works #006 takes the unique 'holey' finish of model #005, an aluminium and wood sandwich body construction, liberally laced with various tone holes to create a voicing unheard of before in contemporary music. Manson Guitar Works #006 takes our custom work even further. Hugh Manson's vision for an instrument that breaks boundaries both acoustically and visually first came together in Works #005. Working with the luthier traditional materials such as hand selected swamp ash, hard maple and rosewood and expanding them with an aluminium wrap, satin black binding and those unique tone-holes created our most sensational guitar yet. Adding a vintage twist with a Bigsby tremolo has given works #006 a further separate identity.
