2012 New Model Updates
Manson Guitar Works are pleased to announce the first of several new 2012 model updates comprising additions to the MA and Signature Series DL lines.
For 2012, after many requests from both existing Manson Matthew Bellamy DL-1 and potential new DL-1 customers, we have decided to produce a small run of DL-1R variations that will reflect the spec of the instrument Matthew Bellamy used at the Reading Festival 2011, featuring a Fernandes sustainer pickup, MBK-3 bridge pickup and push button kill switch. Existing DL-1 pre-order customers will be offered first choice of spec and the DL-1R will be produced alongside the DL-1 for delivery late 2012/early 2013. Manson MA models see two new additions to the family. For the first time a left handed MA variation will be available later in the year, although we will have a small number of models arriving in June with our next shipment of right-hand Dry Satin Black MA guitars. These first few 'south-paw' models will also be in Dry Satin Black with rosewood fingerboards and available as MA-1 or MA-2 guitars with prices TBC but similar to the current right handed models.
Finally, for this month at least, we also now have stock of our Limited Colour for 2012, the Clock-Works Orange MA variation with metallic orange finish, black hardware and Seymour Duncan P-Rails pickups. Price will be £1199 with multi-coil tap options to give a staggering range of pickup tones from earthy humbucker drive to the bite of a P-90 single coil.
